The six steps
Sign in the first time
Open the employee link, enter your work email and your date of birth in the default format Asp-MMDDYYYY! (e.g. Asp-03151990!). You'll be asked to set your own password.
Confirm your identity details
Check your name, address and SSN. SSNs always display masked as ***-**-1234 — changes you save flow straight into live payroll.
Complete W-4 and I-9
The guided W-4 wizard walks you through filing status, dependents and extra withholding. Upload your I-9 documents in the same tab.
Check hours and paystubs
Hours for the current period appear as soon as your manager imports them. Paystubs show current and YTD earnings, taxes and deductions.
Install it on your phone
On iPhone tap Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android tap the menu → Install app. The portal then opens like a normal app.
Need a change?
Use Requests to ask for time off, address updates or corrections. Your store manager sees it instantly.
Get the AscenPay app
Add AscenPay to your Android or iPhone home screen. It opens full screen like an app; no app-store account is required.

- Open ascenpay.com in Chrome (not an in-app browser)

Use your normal AscenPay sign-in credentials after installation.
Your login details
- Username: your email ID is your login.
- Default password: your date of birth in Asp-MMDDYYYY! format.
Example — born March 21, 1999 → password Asp-03211999!
