A separate app for office and store staff. Sign in with your own AscenPay login and see your own pay statements, hours, time off and scheduled deductions — nothing else, and nothing you can change by accident.
The store releases are being prepared. Until then, “Install now” puts the same app on your home screen — it looks and works exactly the same.
Android 8 or later · iOS 15 or later. Works alongside the Employee Portal app.
What you get
Your pay statements
Every pay date with take-home, the full breakdown and the state it was withheld for.
Hours you sent in
The daily hours you submitted, and whether payroll accepted them.
Your time off
Requests you made, the dates, and whether they were approved.
Read-only and private
Only your own record. No Social Security numbers, and you are signed out automatically when idle.

Install on Android
- Open ascenpay.com in Chrome on your phone.
- Tap the three dots, then “Add to Home screen” (or “Install app”).
- Open AscenPay Staff from your home screen and sign in.
- When the Play Store listing is approved, install from there instead — your records are the same.
Install on iPhone
- Open ascenpay.com in Safari (it must be Safari, not Chrome).
- Tap the Share button at the bottom.
- Choose “Add to Home Screen”, then Add.
- Open AscenPay Staff and sign in with your own login.
Data safety & app privacy
- • Linked to you: name, work email, your pay records, your hours.
- • Never collected: Social Security number in readable form, contacts, location, advertising identifiers.
- • The app is read-only — nothing in it changes payroll.
- • Records travel encrypted, and you are signed out after 15 minutes of no activity.

Which app do I need?
AscenPay Staff is for office and store staff who already sign in to AscenPay and just want their own record on their phone. AscenPay Employee Portal is for employees who send in hours, request time off and use the voice assistant. Both can be installed on the same phone.
